Ankara Agreement
We have extensive knowledge of making applications for leave to remain for Turkish nationals under the Ankara agreement(Ankara Anlasmasi)and under the Turkish Workers Agreeement.

Any Turkish national in the UK under either a student visa,visitor’s visa,business visitor’s visa or au pair visa can apply to set up in business as a self employed person under the Ankara agreement.
Alternatively if you have been working legally for an employer for more than one year then you may be able to make an application for further leave to remain as an employed person under the Turkish Workers Agreement.
