Overview
We are able to offer a fixed fee for our services and believe that our fees are very competitive. In addition, for some immigration applications, the Border Agency provides a “Fast Track” service as an alternative to the lengthy postal process. As we have regular dealings with the Border Agency we can provide a Fast Track service through which your application can be processed on the same day.
Our firm is one of approximately 55 legal firms shown on the UK Border Agency Website who may be able to assist Employers with the process of getting on to the Sponsors Register to enable them to take on non EU Nationals under Tier 2 of the Government’s points based system ( although firms not on the Border Agency Website may also be able to assist you). The Border Agency has stated that these firms have been put on their list as they have “a good understanding of the sponsorship arrangements and have provided us with evidence about the type of checks and services they will make when working with clients. They are able to provide prospective sponsors with a document which assesses their readiness to make a sponsorship application... Where such documents are submitted to us, we will not normally duplicate the checks we expect these organisations to have already made. As such, we would expect to make decisions on applications supported by one of these document... well within the standard six week turnaround. However, we reserve the right to carry out checks and to visit any prospective sponsor as part of the sponsorship application and management process at any time.”
The new UK Immigration system which has been introduced in stages between 2008/ 2009, consolidates the many complex routes of the old immigration system into just five tiers. We point out here the Tiers that are relevant to businesses.

Tier System
Tier 1 - Entrepreneur / Investors
Tier 2 - For Sponsored Skilled Workers
It should be noted that as legal representatives we cannot present Tier 4 applications ourselves as the applicant needs to be present at the Border Agency to provide their biometrics.
